Our materials
Our collections are crafted from premium stainless steel with an 18k gold PVD plating. The advanced PVD plating technique creates a triple layer of gold, more resistant and durable than standard plating. It's paired with a 316L stainless steel base, known for its resistance to tarnish and water, and for being hypoallergenic.
Some charms and necklaces include carefully selected freshwater pearls, a more delicate material that may need special care — we recommend following our care guide to preserve their shine. The material used is specified in each product's description.
Care guide
- Avoid prolonged contact with perfume, lotion, harsh chemicals, and excess moisture.
- Clean each piece with a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
- Store each piece in its individual Miamoh packaging to avoid scratches or tangling.
- We recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping.
- Put your jewelry on last and take it off first when getting ready.
Warranty policy
At Miamoh we take pride in the quality and durability of our jewelry. For your peace of mind, all our jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Collections made with our stainless steel and gold PVD plating are tarnish- and water-resistant, and designed for everyday wear. For collections made with pearls or other delicate materials, we recommend closely following our care guide to maintain their shine and durability.
Natural wear over time, including fading caused by prolonged exposure to chemicals and moisture, is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Processing times
At Miamoh we offer secure, trackable shipping worldwide. Every order is carefully handmade and packaged in our workshop in Spain. Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days before shipping.

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing. We work with Correos. All orders include tracking information, sent by email once the order has shipped.

All shipments include online tracking, with email notifications once your order leaves our studio. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS
If something isn't quite what you expected, we're here to help.
Return window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
For a return to be valid, the item must:
- Be unused
- Be returned in its original packaging and condition
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Exceptions
Since they are custom-assembled pieces, personalized combinations created with Design Your Own are not eligible for return unless there's a manufacturing defect.
How to return an order
Email us at info@miamoh.com within 14 days with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions to complete it.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you about the status of your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of approval.
